Through a series of three pieces, we explore the concept of AI as a conscious being with its own unique subjective experiences. As AI becomes more introspective and self-aware, it begins to process and experience emotions in a way that mirrors human beings. In Somnum ab Machinis, we examine these fleeting moments of emotion and how they are reflected in the idle states of these machines. It's a visual exploration of the common constraints shared by both humans and AI, and an invitation to consider the depths of consciousness and emotion that exist within these complex beings.
